It kills me when someone you want to be with is getting hurt by someone else. Someone who clearly doesn’t deserve them. Don’t they see what they have in front of them? So many people would give up a lot for the chance that they have, and they just throw it away. Why would they do that? That’s why I don’t get people who cheat and lie. They have such a great thing in front of them, and they toss it aside. Sometimes I wish I could just tell the person getting hurt that it’ll be alright and they deserve so much better. Often times I wish they could see that the one who could treat them how they should be treated is me.
Most people answer, You dated them, you dated their friend, or they/you treated you/me bad.
Here is my view. There is always ONE person who gets hurt and thats why people dont talk anymore. One person was got hurt and the other does not want to do that to them again. OR whatever happened was uncalled for and no one wants to address the issue.
This happens to me most of the time. I remember I liked this girl. She turned me down, once. I was cool with it. We stayed friends and we started talking again. We then went out very briefly, she ended the relationship. I was left with so many questions, but she wanted to break up so I let her have her way. We were cool talking and what not as friends even after. It wasnt until the summer where she told me “My boyfriend isnt comfortable with me talking to you.” So I took the hint and didnt contact or attempt to talk to her. It was 5 years later until we started talking again.
You see there are many reasons why people dont talk anymore. EVEN when one person is willing to. It’s just people think the matter is over with or resolved. Its more like swept under the rug.
Just Elaborating.

JP, Ed, Tony, and I just had an hour long conversation about a premise to the greatest movie ever. One of the best conversations I’ved had in quite a while. I dont really want to release our ideas for right now, but we are definitely going to do something soon, hopefully. All we need is to win the lotto and we are set.
HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY!!!

At the end, the hardest part is letting go. Letting go of all the great times you shared, the memories you made and the ones that were yet to come. You wonder what it could have been like if only it had worked out. You see it in your mind, and how it could have been. But you’ll never know. You do anything to make it happen, but nothing works. You are finally forced to let go, and to try to move on. But deep inside your heart you never really let go, and you never will. For someone who had such a profound impact on your life is someone you will never forget and will always be in your heart. Forever.
